Operating and Visiting Rules of SLADOVNA Písek Gallery, o.p.s.

By entering the exhibition, visitors acknowledge the operating rules of the GALLERY SLADOVNA PÍSEK o.p.s. (hereinafter referred to as the GALLERY).

I. Basic Provisions

I.1. These operating rules are issued to ensure the economical and safe operation of the GALLERY, Velké náměstí 113/1, 397 01 Písek and the outdoor area.

II. Opening Hours and Fixed Admission Fees

II.1. The GALLERY is open to the public with a valid ticket on pre-scheduled dates and time blocks available on the website www.sladovna.cz and at the GALLERY reception. II.2. Admission to the GALLERY is set out in the price list, which is available on the website www.sladovna.cz and at the reception of the GALLERY. Visitors can also obtain information on admission fees by calling +420 380 428 730 / +420 771 518 989 or by email recepce@sladovna.cz.

III. Instructions for visitors

III.1. Children may enter the GALLERY only when accompanied by an adult.

III.2. All exhibitions of the GALLERY are intended for children from ages 3 and up, with the exception of the Pilařiště exhibition, which is intended for children aged 0 to 6 years.

III.3. For safety reasons, a child may use the GALLERY exhibitions only under the supervision of an adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult who is fully responsible for them during their stay in the GALLERY.

III.4. Visitors may only move around within the premises of the GALLERY reserved for this purpose.

III.5. Every visitor is obliged to follow the instructions of the GALLERY staff. If an instruction or prohibition issued in connection with the protection and safety of the exhibits, the building and visitors is not obeyed, the visitor may be immediately expelled from the GALLERY building without any refund of the paid admission fee. In addition, he/she is subject to the possibility of being sanctioned according to the applicable laws and regulations.

III.6. Visitors are obliged to enter into the certain expositions of the GALLERY without shoes. Visitors may use their own clean footwear/slippers in such expositions of the GALLERY.

III.7. A visitor who causes any damage to the GALLERY through his/her own fault is obliged to fully compensate for it according to the applicable laws and regulations.

III.8. Visitors are obliged to report any accidents or defects found in the GALLERY exhibitions to the GALLERY staff.

III.9. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for any injuries to children and damage caused in the GALLERY exhibitions as a result of their dangerous behaviour.

III.10. Visitors use all elements, equipment and devices of the GALLERY at their own risk, regardless of the operator's obligation to keep the equipment in working and safe condition.

III.11. Taking photographs in the GALLERY for professional purposes or for the press/media must be arranged in advance with the GALLERY management.

III.12. The GALLERY shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage to property during the stay in the GALLERY premises.

III.13. Visitors are obliged to keep the GALLERY premises clean and tidy.

III.14. Consumption of drinks and food (including your own) in the GALLERY is permitted only in designated areas.

III.15. It is also forbidden to:

• smoke and manipulate open fires
• damage or destroy internal equipment and other property in any way
• enter with animals (animals can be tied or secured upon agreement with the GALLERY staff in places approved by them)
• enter drunk or under the influence of addictive substances
• enter with demonstrable signs of infectious disease (vomiting, diarrhoea, colds, etc.)
• bring glass and sharp objects (e.g. glass bottles, knife, scissors, syringes, etc.) and weapons
• disturb or otherwise restrict other visitors in any way.

IV. Special measures

IV.1. Visitors to the GALLERY are obliged to comply with the regulations of the government or other bodies authorized to issue regulations in times of pandemics, declared states of emergency or other similar situations.

IV.2. Visitors of the GALLERY are obliged to observe special measures issued by the management of the GALLERY.
